On Saturday May 8th, mothers, daughters and women of all ages will have an opportunity to learn and gain a better understanding of health issues and concerns that may affect them. Attend the Women + Health Conference and take a proactive step towards understanding the health of your mind and body. The conference will focus on helping women take charge of their health and wellness. It is important in the process of educating women on health issues and giving them the tools they need to effectively manage their health and well-being.
